Expect dirt or rocky surface with rocks, dips or ruts under about 9 inches. Steeper pitches should still have good traction. As an unmaintained spur, it may be rough after rain or snow. You may meet shallow water or small ledges under 12 inches. The road is generally one to two vehicles wide. The driver's log did not call out any obstacle needing special attention.

Terrain

The spur is an unmaintained dirt road that climbs gradually through a hollow at roughly 9,000 feet. The surface is likely to be packed dirt with some loose rock, and the road is narrow. Conditions will change with moisture, so ruts and soft spots are possible after rain or snowmelt.
