Milk Maid - Level 3 (optional 4)
Milk Maid is a short backcountry route in the Wasatch Range above the Utah County side of the mountains, near the Alpine and Highland area. It climbs through mountain terrain on a narrow track and loops back toward its starting area.
The route suits a drive of an hour or so, and works well as a quick outing or an add-on to other trails in the area.

The trail is rated Moderate (level 3), best suited to a high clearance 4x4. Expect uneven, rutted surface with loose rocks, short steep grades and ledges or obstacles up to about 12 inches, where careful tire placement may be needed. The road is generally one vehicle wide with places to pass. Some sections can be loose or steep. There is an optional harder line at level 4, which is also rated Moderate, located at waypoint 3. It calls for low-range gearing, and undercarriage damage is possible, with obstacles up to about 18 inches. Drivers can take that harder line or stay on the easier route. The driver's log has no notes on specific obstacles.

The surface is a mix of rocky boulders, gravel and dirt.
