Heber Mountain Spur 1 - Level 2

Heber Mountain Spur 1 is a short forest road spur in the high country of Wasatch County, Utah, southeast of Heber City. It climbs on the upper slopes of the Uinta Mountains foothills, through a mix of conifer and aspen stands with openings that give views over the surrounding ridges.

The spur is used for dispersed access, short drives and a quick side trip from the larger Heber Mountain road network.

Expect dirt and rocky surface, with possible dips, ruts or rocks under about 9 inches. Shallow water crossings and small ledges under 12 inches are possible. The road is typically unmaintained after rain or snow and is one to two vehicles wide. No special obstacles were called out for this trail.
