Difficulty
Suitable for high clearance 2WD
This is an Easy, Level 1 trail. Stock equipment is enough, and high clearance 2WD vehicles can drive it. Expect a dirt or rocky road with gentle grades and good traction. Obstacles such as rocks, dips or ruts stay under 5 inches, and the road is typically two vehicles wide. The driver's log marks one rocky section as a hard spot, but still at Level 1.
Highlights
Several dispersed camping spots sit along the route. They range from a small site with a little privacy to a larger area with picnic tables that can take a medium-sized trailer. None of them have shade, vault toilets or other amenities, so bring everything you need. The trail is on BLM land, though the driver noted one spot near the south end might be on private property, so check boundaries before setting up camp.
